Head-Lightは、言葉、予定、写真、リンクなどを端末内で整理するためのアプリです。機能は予告なく改善、変更または終了する場合があります。

共有コレクション

ユーザーは、自分が共有する権利を持つリンク情報と画像だけを共有してください。違法な内容、他者への嫌がらせ、個人情報の暴露、権利侵害を目的とした共有は禁止します。YouTubeの公式サムネイルとSpotifyのアルバムジャケットは、元リンクとサービス名を保ち、切り抜かず共有表紙へ使用します。Apple Musicだけの共有では、SNSプレビューと共有ページがApple公式CDNのジャケットURLを直接参照します。Head-LightはApple Musicのジャケットを共有表紙へコピー・合成・保存しません。TikTok・Instagram投稿画像と一般Webの画像は表紙へ書き出しません。画像カードを含む場合は、元の写真ファイルや位置情報ではなく、端末上で縮小・合成した棚全体の表紙だけを保存します。短い共有リンクを作成すると、コレクション名、リンクカードの題名・URL・並び順と共有表紙が保存されます。リンクを知る人はそれらを閲覧でき、現時点では送信後にリンクを無効化できません。

アプリ内課金と自動更新サブスクリプション

Head-Lightの基本機能（言葉・手帳・予定・道具・棚3つ・保存済みの記録の閲覧）は無料です。以下は任意の購入です。

AI Pro（月額・年額） — 自動更新サブスクリプション。クラウドのAIを使う機能（AI仕分け、チャット、写真の読み取り、長文の整理、AIを使う道具）が使えます。
棚をふやす — 買い切り。トップ階層の棚が10個増えます。何度でも購入でき、購入した棚は永久に残ります（サブスクリプションを解約しても減りません）。

価格と期間は購入前にアプリ内に表示されます。価格は国と地域によって異なります。

お支払いは、購入を確定した時点でApple IDのアカウントに請求されます。サブスクリプションは、現在の期間が終了する24時間前までに自動更新をオフにしない限り、自動的に更新されます。更新分の料金は、期間終了前の24時間以内に請求されます。

購入後、サブスクリプションの管理と自動更新の解除は、端末の「設定」→ Apple ID → サブスクリプションから行えます。Head-Lightのアプリ内から解約することはできません。

無料トライアルが提供される場合、トライアル期間の未使用分は、同じサブスクリプションを購入した時点で失効します。無料トライアルは、Appleが定める条件により1回のみ利用できます。

返金はAppleが取り扱います。Head-Lightは購入の取り消しや返金を行うことができません。

ベータ期間から使っていた方（創業メンバー）には、「棚をふやす」と「アイデアの瓶＋3日プランナー」を永久に無料で提供します。この特典は取り消しません。

YouTube

YouTubeプレイヤーを使用することにより、ユーザーはYouTube利用規約にも拘束されることに同意します。Head-LightはYouTube動画を保存、改変、音声分離またはバックグラウンド再生しません。動画の利用可否はYouTubeおよび投稿者の設定に従います。

外部リンクや外部サービスの内容・継続性をHead-Lightは保証しません。不適切な共有や規約に関する連絡は headlight.app.jp@gmail.com へお願いします。

Service

Head-Light is an app for organizing words, plans, photos, links, and other personal material on your device. Features may be improved, changed, or discontinued.

Shared Collections

Share only links and images that you have the right to share. Do not use sharing for illegal content, harassment, disclosure of personal information, or infringement. Official YouTube thumbnails and Spotify album artwork appear uncropped with the original link and service name. For Apple Music-only shares, the social preview and shared page directly reference artwork on Apple’s official CDN. Head-Light does not copy, composite, or store Apple Music artwork in the sharing cover. TikTok, Instagram, and general-web images are not exported into the cover. For Collections containing image cards, only the whole-shelf cover downscaled and composited on the device is stored, not original photo files or location data. When you create a short sharing link, the Collection name, link-card titles, URLs and order, and the sharing cover are stored. Anyone who knows the link can view them, and a sent link cannot currently be revoked.

In-app purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions

Head-Light's core features—words, journal, plans, tools, three shelves, and reading everything you have already saved—are free. The following are optional purchases.

AI Pro (monthly and yearly) — an auto-renewable subscription. It enables the features that use cloud AI: sorting, chat, reading photos, organizing long text, and the AI-powered tools.
More shelves — a one-time purchase that adds ten top-level shelves. It can be bought repeatedly, and shelves you have bought are yours permanently (they are not removed if a subscription ends).

Price and duration are shown in the app before you buy. Prices vary by country and region.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

After purchase, you can manage the subscription and turn off auto-renewal in Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Subscriptions cannot be cancelled from inside Head-Light.

Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free period is forfeited when you purchase that subscription. Free trials are available once, under the conditions Apple sets.

Refunds are handled by Apple. Head-Light cannot cancel a purchase or issue a refund.

People who used Head-Light during the beta (founding members) keep "More shelves" and "Idea jar + 3-day planner" free permanently. That is not taken back.

YouTube

By using the YouTube player, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Head-Light does not store, modify, separate audio from, or provide background playback of YouTube videos. Availability is controlled by YouTube and each uploader.
